A Houston man already arrested on several charges also faces allegations that he tried to smuggle contraband into the county jail, according to a state patrol report.
Timothy S. Edwards, 40, was arrested Dec. 10 on a felony charge of distributing, concealing and delivering contraband into a county jail. Edwards also was arrested on charges of misdemeanor DWI, careless and imprudent driving, having no insurance and excessive window tint.
Jackson C. Morgan, 33, of Houston, was arrested Dec. 10 by the Missouri State Highway Patrol on charges of DWI, driving while suspended and resisting arrest. He was taken to the Texas County Jail.
Susan I. Gould, 26, of Licking, was arrested Dec. 10 by the patrol on a DWI charge. She was taken to the Texas County Jail.
