The Houston JV Lady Tigers beat Willow Springs 33-26 Monday in the opening round of the Mountain Grove Tournament.
Sierra Weaver had a team-high 11 points for Houston, which led by two points entering the fourth quarter before outscoring Willow Springs 8-3. Alissa Bowlin added seven points.
On Thursday, Kayla Herndon and Bowlin scored eight points apiece in the JV Lady Tigers’ 38-33 win against Mountain Grove.
Houston outscored the Lady Panthers 19-12 in the fourth quarter to rally for the victory.
Kaylea Preheim had seven points for the Lady Tigers.
