Licking couple arrested on meth, other drug charges

A Licking couple faces numerous drug charges following a Missouri State Highway Patrol investigation.

Troop I of the Missouri State Highway Patrol arrested the pair in Texas County on Monday. Cid R. Buell, 39, of Licking, was arrested on charges of possession of chemicals with intent to manufacture meth, possession of meth, unlawful use of drug paraphernalia, possession of precursors with intent to manufacture meth and keeping or maintaining a public nuisance, the patrol said. He was taken to the Texas County Jail.

Tracy M. Buell, 48, was arrested on charges of possession of chemicals with intent to manufacture meth, possession of meth, unlawful use of drug paraphernalia, possession of precursors with intent to manufacture meth and keeping or maintaining a public nuisance.

She also was taken to the county jail, the patrol said.
