A Houston native was killed Friday in a one-vehicle accident south of Fredericktown, the Missouri State Highway Patrol said.
Debra K. Flower Collins, 55, of Poplar Bluff, was operating a southbound 2007 Jeep that ran off U.S. 67 and down an embankment before overturning, said Cpl. F.J. Stoffregen. She was pronounced dead about an hour later, according to a patrol report.
Collins was a 1973 graduate of Houston High School. She is the daughter of Joye and Beulah Flower.
