A man charged with involuntary manslaughter in the death of a Houston teen will stand trial Jan. 4-5.
Benjamin J. Crawford is charged in the death of David Foster, 18, who died in a single-vehicle accident in May 2009. The Missouri State Highway Patrol said Foster consumed alcohol at the residence, and his fatal accident occurred after leaving.
Crawford’s trial was to have occurred beginning April 14, but was cancelled and the January date was set last week, according to court records.
Charges where dropped in June 2010 against a co-defender after Judge Ronald D. White ruled that there was no probable case for the charge.
