Norma Lee McKibben St. Ledger, 83, died Wednesday, Jan. 26, 2011, at the Hartville Care Center.
She was born June 22, 1927, in Wayne County, Ill., daughter of Frank and Julia Neaveill McKibben. She and Alfred Ward were married April 24, 1946, in Santa Rosa, Calif. He died April 28, 1956. She and John Evans St. Ledger were married Aug. 31, 1960, in Mahomet, Ill. He died March 8, 1998.
A long time resident of Mt. Grove, died January 26, 2011 at the Hartville Care Center in Hartville, Missouri. She was born on June 22, 1927 in Wayne County, Illinois to Frank and Julia Neaveill McKibben who preceded her in death. She married Alfred Ward on April 24, 1946 in Santa Rosa, California, and he preceded her in death on April 28, 1956. She then married on August 31, 1960 in Mahomet, Illinois and he died March 8, 1998.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her husbands; a brother, Francis McKibben; and a sister, Pat Ewing.
Survivors include two daughters, Nancy Lybyer of Manes and Shirley Rakers of Maryville, Ill.; six granddaughters; nine great-grandchildren; four brothers, Charles McKibben, Earl McKibben, Carl McKibben of Fairfield, Ill., and Larry McKibben of Ocala, Fla.; two sisters, Lois Owen of Fairfield, Ill., and Betty Dye of Mahomet, Ill.; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Graveside inurnment is 11 a.m. Saturday, April 30, in Hillcrest Cemetery with Pastor Junior Hutsell officiating. Services are under the direction of Evans Funeral Home.
