Members of the Missouri State Highway Patrol made several arrests overnight in Texas County.
They are:
-Jessica Spauldin, 18, of Houston, possession of up to 35 grams of marijuana. She was released with a summons.
-Dwayne E. Mosbey, 39, of Licking, felony warrant for conspiracy, Jonesboro, Ark.; felony warrant (two counts) insufficient funds, Stoddard County; felony warrant, insufficient funds, Butler County; misdemeanor warrant (two counts), insufficient funds, Stoddard County; misdemeanor warrant, insufficient funds, Texas County; misdemeanor failure to appear on a warrant, Cape Girardeau County. He was taken to the Texas County Jail.
-Cynthia L. Mosbey, 38, of Licking, felony failure to appear on a warrant, Stoddard County; misdemeanor insufficient funds warrant, Cape Girardeau County.
-Daniel C. Rains, 20, of Plato, on charges of minor visibly intoxicated, released with summons.
-Larry O. Hornbeck, 21, of Success, failing to stop person under 21 to drink/possess intoxicating liquor, released with summons.
-Benjamin J. Foster, 17, of Houston, minor visibly intoxicated, released with summons.
-Candy L. Durst, 26, of Huggins, DWI and speeding, taken to the Mountain Grove Police Department and released.
-Tilden R. Gale, 29, of Licking, DWI – prior and failed to signal right, taken to the Texas County Jail and released.
