Two arrested Saturday morning on DWI charges

Frank W. Davy, 49, of Licking, was arrested April 2 on charges of DWI – chronic offender and driving while revoked. He was taken to the county jail.

Carol Y. Brim, 58, of Houston, was arrested April 2 on charges of DWI – first offense and careless and imprudent driving resulting in an accident, according to a patrol report. She was released to another party.
