A Norwood man was arrested April 2 by the state patrol in Texas County.
James H. Todd, 29, was charged with misdemeanor DWI and speeding.
A Salem man was arrested April 2 by the state patrol in Texas County.
William L. Bettigew, 53, was charged with DWI – prior and having no license plate lights. He was taken to the Texas County Jail for a 12-hour hold, according to a patrol report.
