A woman from Licking sustained minor injuries Saturday night in a Pulaski County accident, the Missouri State Highway Patrol said.
Glenda A. Pinkerton, 42, was driving a southbound 2007 Chevrolet that attempted to avoid a northbound vehicle in her lane, swerved, left the roadway, struck an embankment and tree.
Pinkerton was transported to Phelps County Regional Medical Center in Rolla after the accident on Highway J about three miles east of Fort Leonard Wood, said Tpr. Tyler Stewart. She was wearing a seat belt, he said.
