Ivan A. Gale, 18, of 21931 Scenic Road in Summersville, was issued a citation for stealing under $500 after he was observed attempting to shoplift a pair of work boots from the Houston Walmart, Houston police said.
The store’s asset protection employee stated that she saw Gale try on the boots and then put his own in the box from the new ones. Gale had been caught stealing CDs from Walmart a few years ago and was issued notification by store management that he is permanently banned from all Walmart locations, according to a report.
