Marsha A. Warren, 26, of Licking, was arrested Sunday by the Missouri State Highway Patrol on charges of DWI and having no license plate lamps. She was taken to the Texas County Jail.
Kevin D. Bowling, 34, of Cabool, was arrested Sunday on a felony DWI charge and misdemeanor driving while revoked. He was taken to the Texas County Jail.
Johnny L. Matthews, 37, of Palestine, Ark., was arrested by the state patrol on a misdemeanor warrant for Cole County charging him with probation violation.
