The Community Blood Center of the Ozarks will hold a blood drive from 1-5:30 p.m. Friday, June 17, at First Christian Church in Houston.
Each donor will receive a patriotic “Salute a Veteran” T-shirt and will have the opportunity to dedicate their blood donation to the veteran of their choice. Participants will also be eligible to win free $25 gas cards or even free gas for a year through CBCO’s Summer of Fun campaign.
Eligibility requirements include weighing at least 110 pounds, being in general good health and present ID.
