A Houston native is among actors in a locally filmed movie, “180,” which makes its debut Friday at the Gillioz Theatre in Springfield.
Former Houston resident, Randy Evans, son of Don and Kathy Evans, stars as “Marvin.” Evans wrote music and songs for the film, including the soundtrack for “180.” Evans’ band, “The Indifference,” will also perform at the premiere. It just released a CD.
Tickets can be purchased online for $20 each at www.gillioz.org or by calling 417-863-9491. Doors open at 5:30 p.m.
Coach Benjamin Wade of Bolivar, who starred a season on “Survivor,” has the lead role of “Gavin.”
