A Norwood man faces charges of endangering a child while drunk, the Missouri State Highway Patrol said.
Elmer R. Jones, 26, of Norwood, was also charged with driving while suspended, failing to signal left and wearing no seat belt.
He was taken to the Mountain Grove Police Department and released, according to a report.
