The president of Ozarks Technical Community College will speak Tuesday at a meeting of the Houston Area Chamber of Commerce.
The luncheon is at noon at First Baptist Church, Houston. (It earlier was planned at a different location, but was moved to accommodate an expected large crowd).
Higdon will discuss efforts to bring an OTC campus to Texas County. Four districts – Houston, Success, Raymondville and Summersville – will vote in August whether to join the OTC district.
