Texas County Memorial Hospital is sponsoring sport physicals for Houston area high school and middle school athletes from 9 a.m. until noon Saturday, June 18, at the TCMH Medical Complex.
Dr. Charlie Rasmussen, family medicine physician, and Brooke Fair, family nurse practitioner, will perform the physicals.
The TCMH Medical Complex is located at 1337 S. Sam Houston Boulevard.
All sport physicals are $5 per athlete. No appointment is necessary. Athletes should bring the MSHSAA form signed by a parent or guardian to the physicals. The forms are available through athletic coaches.
