Voters in Public Water Supply District No. 4, which serves the Licking area, approved a $10 million revenue bond issue Tuesday.
The vote was 33-4.
The funds will be used to replace and improve current water lines and installation of new ones. The funds would be repaid by the revenues generated by the system.
