Four Texas County residents face charges following their arrest by the MIssouri State HIghway Patrol.

Four persons face DWI charges following their weekend arrest by the state patrol in Texas County.

Sean M. Mitchell, 38, of Bucyrus, is charged with felony DWI and felony driving while revoked. He was taken to the Texas County Jail.

Andrew D. Hoemann, 20, of Licking, is charged with DWI – first offense and operating an all-terrain vehicle without a bicycle safety flag. He was transported to the county jail and released.

Adam W. Mathes, 18, of Bucyrus, is charged with DWI and failure to drive on the right half of the roadway. He was taken to the county jail and released.

Terinity J. Mitchell, 34, of Bucyrus, is charged with DWI, having no insurance and failing to display a lighted lamp on the license plate.
