A 46-year-old Cabool woman called the Texas County Sheriff’s Department last Thursday to report that her 28-year-old son was threatening to burn down her Highway PP residence.
An officer spoke with the son, who denied it, but had told his mother he was going to kick the door in. He told the officer that the problem he was having with his mother was that she would not allow he and his girlfriend to retrieve their belongings from the home.
The mother told the officer that her son and his girlfriend had no more items at the residence.
