K2 and other similar substances are banned in Missouri.

A Raymondville man was issued summonses late Friday night by the Missouri State Highway Patrol for possession of K2, an illegal drug, and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Justin K. Buchholz, 18, was released after he was issued the tickets, according to a patrol report.

Dennis L. Smith, 40, of Success, was charged Friday night with DWI, second offense; and a child restraint violation. He was taken to the Texas County Jail and held.

Daniel N. Isaac, 24, of Cabool, was arrested in Douglas County on a felony warrant charging him with the assault. He was taken to the county jail.
