Two county residents face DWI charges after their arrest early Saturday, July 23.

Two Texas County residents were arrested early Saturday by the Missouri State Highway Patrol.

William A. Cooper, 32, of Licking, is charged with DWI. He was taken to the Texas County Jail.

Amy E. Dyer, 26, of Houston, is charged with DWI, failure to place a vehicle that wasn’t in motion near the right hand side of the highway as practical and wearing no seat belt. She was taken to the Texas County Jail, according to a report.
