A Cabool man was arrested Tuesday afternoon on drug charges by the Missouri State Highway Patrol.
Donald E. Rutz, 46, was taken to the Texas County Jail after his arrest on felony manufacture of a controlled substance and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia charges.
