A Houston man faces charges following an incident at his residence, Houston police said.
Anthony J. Jones Jr., 21, of 302 W. Mill St. in Houston, was issued a citation for third-degree assault after a July 29 incident at his residence at about 8 p.m.
An investigating officer cited Jones after determining he had shoved a 23-year-old female into a chair and into a coffee table and then choked her.
