A Raymondville truck driver was injured Monday morning in a crash in Pulaski County, the Missouri State Highway Patrol said.
Carl W. Smith, 53, was driving a westbound 1998 Volvo tractor-trailer that ran off the side of the roadway and overturned, said Tpr. Kelbe Eden. Smith, who was wearing a seatbelt, sustained moderate injuries and was taken to Phelps County Regional Medical Center in Rolla.
The mishap occurred near Waynesville on I-44.
Eden said the rig had extensive damage.
