Two men face charges following a report of an Aug. 9 fight in downtown Houston, Houston police say.
Anthony C. White, 26, of 16464 Forrest Drive in Houston, and Devin J. Carter, 23, of Highway 137 in Raymondville, were each issued citations for public peace disturbance by fighting after the two were reportedly involved in an altercation at about 1:30 p.m. on Grand Avenue in Houston.
