The Missouri Department of Transportation announced Highway E in Texas County will be reduced to one lane while contract crews perform pavement repair.
This section of roadway is located from U.S. 63 to the end of state maintenance. Work began Thursday and is scheduled to conclude Wednesday.
The work zone will be marked with signs, and flaggers will be present to assist and guide motorists. Motorists are urged to use extreme caution while traveling near the area.
