David J. Pectol, 27, of 3433 Pleasant Road in Cabool, was recently arrested and charged with third-degree domestic assault after an incident at his residence at about 7 p.m.
The arresting officer reported that Pectol had been fighting with a woman and apparently had put her shoes and other items in the oven causing a fire. The officer stated that Pectol appeared to be intoxicated.
