Authorities say a drunk driver on Tuesday night struck a mobile home partly blocking Highway C north of Licking.
Tpr. Dale Pounds said a 1988 Ford F-150 truck driven northbound by Mickey D. Arvin, 21, of Licking, was towing the mobile home when a northbound 1984 Chevrolet truck operated by Thomas R. McCullum, 69, struck it in the rear.
McCullum, who sustained moderate injuries and was transported to Texas County Memorial Hospital in Houston, was later cited with misdemeanor DWI, according to a report.
