Three persons face drug charges following their arrest Thursday, Sept. 29.

Three Cabool residents were arrested on numerous drug charges Thursday afternoon by the Missouri State Highway Patrol.

Jerry L. Jacks, 50, is arrested on charges of felony manufacturing of marijuana, prior persistent offender; felony possession of a controlled substance, methamphetaimine; felony endangering the welfare of a child, two counts; felony maintaining a public nuisance, felony tampering with evidence and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia. He is held in the Texas County Jail.

Joyce E. Jacks, 57, is arrested on charges of felony manufacturing marijuana, felony endangering welfare of a child, two counts; felony maintaining a public nuisance and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia. She was released.

Rachel L. Hicks, 25, of Cabool, was arrested on charges of felony manufacturing of marijuana; and felony endangering the welfare of a child, two counts. She was released.
