A Cuba, Mo., woman was injured Saturday afternoon when her vehicle ran off U.S. 63 south of Houston, struck a rock bluff and came to rest on the highway.
Cpl. Curtis Haden said Nancy J. Hoyle, 57, was driving a southbound 2007 Ford passenger car when the wreck occurred five miles south of Houston.
Hoyle, who was wearing a seat belt, was taken with moderate injuries to Texas County Memorial Hospital in Houston.
Haden said the vehicle was totaled.
