Grand Avenue was covered in costumes – both young and old – Monday night for the annual downtown Halloween event.
Organizations passed out candy at tables and booths on sidewalks in front of local businesses.
The Friends of the Library distributed books.
Faith Fellowship will held its annual “Trunk and Treat”on Pine Street south of Lone Star Plaza. There were free carnival-style games, an inflatable jump house for kids 3-12, an inflatable rock climb for those ages 6-12, free hot dogs and soda or water for 50 cents.
