A motorcyclist was injured Saturday
evening east of Summersville, the Missouri State Highway Patrol
said.
Richard J. Salter, 73, of Eminence,
was traveling east when his 2001 Harley Davidson travelled off the
right side of the road, overcorrected and overturned, ejecting the
operator.
Salter was taken to Summersville and
airlifted to St. John’s in Springfield with moderate injuries,
according to a patrol report. Members of the Summersville Fire
Department responded to the scene.
