A Plato man was arrested early Sunday in Texas County on several charges by the Missouri State Highway Patrol.
Brent A. Miller, 38, is charged with DWI, failing to drive on the right half of the roadway and wearing no seat belt.
He was taken to the Mountain Grove Police Department and released, according to a report.
