The Houston Police Department cited a Raymondville teen for his role in a three-car accident that occurred Oct. 7 when three vehicles were stopped on First Street in Houston, waiting to turn onto South Sam Houston Blvd.

The third of three vehicles, a red 1994 GMC Sierra driven by Nathan T. Clinton, 17, of 19645 Amburn Road in Raymondville, pulled forward and hit the middle vehicle. The impact caused that vehicle to strike the next one.

Clinton was ticketed for following too closely. There were no injuries.

Also on Oct. 7, Robert S. Horn, 32, of 313 Skyview Terrace in Houston, was arrested at his residence for having three active failure to appear warrants. Two of the warrants originated in St. Francois County, and the other was from Franklin County.
