Travis D. Hayes, 25, of 777 Highway 17, Apt. 24, in Houston, was issued citations Oct. 22 for driving while intoxicated and failing to stop at a posted stop sign after a traffic stop at about 1:45 a.m. on Walnut Street in Houston.
