A Cabool woman was arrested late Wednesday on two charges by the Missouri State Highway Patrol.
Randi L. Sigman, 20, was arrested on a Mountain Grove warrant charging her with shoplifting and speeding.
She was taken to the Mountain Grove Police Department.
