An Elk Creek man faces several
charges following his arrest Christmas Day by the Missouri State
Highway Patrol.
Bryon G. Pettijohn, 31, was arrested
on charges of felony possession of methampetamine, felony
possession of a controlled substance, felony possession of drug
paraphernalia, unlawful use of drug paraphernalia, possession of
marijuana, driving while revoked, having no insurance, no
registration and wearing no seat belt.
He was taken to the Texas County
Jail and will be held for 24 hours awaiting formal
charges.
