A Cabool man charged with murdering his wife was ordered last week to appear Tuesday for a formal arraignment in Texas County Circuit Court.
Daniel W. Chapman, 55, is accused of gunning down his wife in their Cabool convenience store in August. Chapman waived his right to a preliminary hearing during a brief appearance in Texas County Associate Circuit Court.
Chapman is charged with first-degree murder and armed criminal action.
