A Licking man was arrested late Sunday night by the Missouri State Highway Patrol.
Ryan L. Booker, 20, was taken into custody on charges of a felony probation violation warrant, felony resisting arrest, felony possession of a controlled substance and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia.
He is held without bond at the Texas County Jail, according to the patrol.
