A Licking woman received moderate injuries Thursday evening when her vehicle ran off the roadway, overturned and struck a tree, according to the Missouri State Highway Patrol.
Bethany A. Hood, 33, was traveling westbound on Highway 32 about nine miles west of Licking when the accident occurred. Hood, who was wearing a seat belt, was transported by ambulance to Texas County Memorial Hospital.
Sgt. Jeff Kinder said Hood’s 2006 Pontiac was totaled.
