The Missouri State Highway Patrol arrested a man Wednesday night in Texas County wanted for child neglect.
Justin A. Brooks, 24, of Lonedell, was wanted on a felony warrant from St. Charles County. He also was arrested on charges of driving while suspended, according to a report.
Brooks was taken to the Texas County Jail.
