Texas County’s unemployment rate was down again in November, reports the Missouri Department of Economic Development.
The figure was 7.6 percent, which was down four-tenths of a percentage point from October.
The average in south-central Missouri was 8.1 percent.
Area counties and their jobless rates: Douglas, 7.9 percent; Howell, 7.3; Shannon, 11.8; and Wright, 8.1.
