The Texas County Commission has appointed a Cabool resident to a seat on the Texas County Memorial Hospital board.
C.R. Riddle will replace Jane Kirkwood of Houston, who died last month. Kirkwood’s term expired in April, and she had filed for re-election. Riddle is the Shelter Insurance agent at Cabool.
Filings for Kirkwood’s seat end Tuesday.
