A Seymour resident was arrested on drug charges late Sunday by the Missouri State Highway Patrol.
According to a report, Stefanie M. Mead, 29, was arrested in Texas County on charges of felony distribution, deliver and manufacture of a controlled substance, two counts, and speeding.
Mead was taken to the Texas County Jail and held.
