Emergency responders Friday at a U.S. 63 crash at Simmons.

A trailer-truck unit went out-of-control Friday on U.S. 63 at Simmons, spilling its load. 

Members of the Missouri State Highway Patrol, MoDOT and Texas County Rescue Squad were sent to the crash site. 

The truck driver did not appear to be seriously injured. A TCMH ambulance was called.

The vehicle was carrying a grain commodity that spilled into the ditch. 

MoDOT workers were clearing the highway of mud and other debris.
