Dakota May Venn, 17 days old, died Friday, March 2, 2012, at her home in West Plains.

She was born Feb. 14, 2012, at Barnes Hospital in St. Louis, daughter of Calen and Alycia Venn.

She was preceded in death by many extended family members.

Survivors include her parents, Caleb and Alycia of West Plains; a brother, Tucker of West Plains; a paternal grandmother, Dorothy Sykes of Hartshorn; a great-grandmother, Ethel Sykes of West Plains; grandparents, Charlie and Rachelle Venn of Solo; great-grandparents, Arvel and Brenda Schweighauser of Summersville and Charles and Marcia Venn of Licking; and host of uncles, aunts and cousins.

Graveside services were Monday, March 5, in Antioch Cemetery with Dr. Bill Wright officiating. Services were under the direction of Bradford Funeral Home.
