Melody A. Borton, 42, died Sunday, April 1, 2012, following a long battle with Multiple Sclerosis.
She was born Dec. 7, 1969, in Wichita Falls, Texas.
She and her husband, David, moved to Licking in 1995 and built a log home. She began a battle with MS in 1997.
She loved to bake and sew. She made and donated many things to various organizations.
Survivors include her husband, David of Licking; three children, Jessica, Samuel and Andrew of Licking; her parents, Fred of Texas and Adell of Licking; and a brother, James of Licking.
Memorial services were Friday, April 6, at Boone Creek Baptist Church under the direction of Fox Funeral Home.
