A Plato man was arrested Saturday in Texas County, the Missouri State Highway Patrol said.
David Batchler, 56, was arrested on felony DWI – persistent offender, driving while revoked and speeding charges, according to a report.
He was taken to the Texas County Jail and held for 12 hours.
