A Plato man was ticketed early Sunday in Shannon County, the Missouri State Highway Patrol said.
Randy L. Prewett, 46, was ticketed on charges of unlawful use of drug paraphernalia and having no trailer lights, according to a report.
He was taken to the Winona Police Department and released.
